Introducing Ashley: Marketing Director

As Marketing Director at Magcaling Co, Ashley brings an impressive background of sales expertise and a passion for continuous growth. Beginning his career at 16 as a sales representative for Vodafone, Ashley quickly discovered his love for sales and his innate ability to thrive on challenges.

This tenacity was further demonstrated during his time learning karate, winning gold in Kumite (fighting) in New Zealand for his age group and again in the secondary school competition. Ashley’s determination carried him through his career, achieving remarkable sales feats at Hallensteins and topping the leaderboards at ASB Bank, where he also won a customer service award for his exceptional customer feedback.

Eager to keep growing, Ashley discovered entrepreneur and coach Grant Cardone and invested in completing the Cardone-U Sales & Marketing University Programme. This led him to work in a digital marketing company specialising in Google Ads, where he met Mark Magcaling. Realising the potential for mutual growth, Ashley and Mark joined forces.

Since then, Ashley has continued to sharpen his sales and marketing skills, staying ahead of the curve and specialising in creating standout content, sales funnels, website building, PPC, SEO, and all things digital marketing. Coined by Ashley, the phrase “Let’s put the trust back into digital marketing” encapsulates his goal of simplifying the way business owners approach marketing.

Introducing Chloe: Designer

As our talented designer at Magcaling Co, Chloe brings a unique flair and exceptional eye for design, transforming ordinary visuals into extraordinary creations. Originally from England, Chloe moved to Australia in 2022, following the end of the COVID pandemic.

Prior to joining the team, Chloe had an impressive career at Dunelm, one of the UK’s largest homeware retailers, where she specialized in setting up in-store displays and promotions. Her innate ability to bring designs to life and create visually stunning experiences quickly gained her recognition in the industry.

It’s challenging to describe Chloe’s exceptional design skills in mere words. Her natural talent and instinct for design allow her to transform bland visuals into captivating masterpieces. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles, Chloe consistently delivers innovative and inspiring work that sets Magcaling Co apart from the competition.

With her passion, creativity, and dedication to excellence, Chloe has become an invaluable member of the Magcaling Co team, helping to shape and define our brand’s visual identity.
